Notice for Pre-Defense

This is to inform you that the pre-defense will be held on or before 10/5/2023. We are inviting all eligible students to participate in this pre-defense to showcase their research work and receive valuable feedback from the panel.

• Students will deliver a PowerPoint presentation based on the development (Projects results and outcome) of their work.
• The presentation should be concise and highlight the key findings of their research. The panel will evaluate the presentation and provide feedback to help students improve their work.
• Students are requested to contact their supervisor to confirm their eligibility and seek their approval to participate in the pre-defense

It is worth mentioning that attending the pre-defense is mandatory for all students who plan to defend their final project. To register for the pre-defense, fill out the Google Form by 03-04-2023.
