About
In today’s fast-moving digital world, our passion lies in empowering students to continuously learn and work smoothly in a global environment. To achieve this, access to global information and technology has become a necessity, not a luxury. With that vision, we introduced the "One Student One Laptop" initiative—ensuring that each of our students receives a laptop to connect with the world and thrive in the era of information and innovation.
Why Laptops for Students?
In today’s rapidly evolving world, technology plays a crucial role in shaping the future of education. Without proper access to digital tools, our students may fall behind in a global landscape that is advancing faster than ever. While students in many other countries are actively participating in international programs, applying for scholarships, and accessing a wealth of online resources, many of our students face challenges due to limited access to such facilities.
Understanding this reality, we believe that a laptop is not just a device—it is a bridge to opportunity. It allows students to stay informed, connected, and engaged with the broader world. Whether it’s researching academic content, applying for international scholarships, joining global learning platforms, or preparing for the future workforce, a laptop becomes an essential companion in their academic and personal development.
With this in mind, DIU humbly initiated the One Student One Laptop program. Our goal is to ensure that every student is equipped with the technological support they need to learn effectively, grow confidently, and compete globally.
